Mission & Goal
Professional Fees
The terms for invoicing fees are set in consultation with the client from the first meeting. Fees can be structured by two methods:
(1) A fixed fee. The fixed fee is independent of the time spent on the file and in this scenario, a fixed amount is paid for the entire procedure.
(2) Time spent on the case. Some cases are more complex and require additional time and research, therefore calculated on the basis of time spent.
Please note:
*Additional costs such as Bailiff interventions, notaries etc. are additional expenses that are paid for by the client.
*In France, it is possible to agree on an additional result fee which is calculated according to the success of the case. In that event, it will be part of the fee agreement.
